Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our growing HR team. In this role you will help ensure smooth HR operations, from recruitment to employee onboarding and ongoing administration, while maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate new‑employee orientation and maintain employee files.
• Respond to HR‑related inquiries and keep employee records up to date.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support preparation of HR reports, metrics and documentation.
• Help administer employee policies, handbooks and workplace procedures.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training programs and company events.
• Manage HR correspondence, calendars, meeting schedules and prepare related documents.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and leadership team as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
