Human Resources Assistant

About the role
The Human Resources Assistant supports the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through position changes and terminations, while ensuring compliance with HUB and SRAT clearance processes. This role operates in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment and requires strong communication and organizational abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities such as interview scheduling, pre‑screening, reference checks and preparation of offer letters.
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, including orientation scheduling, documentation verification and coordination with hiring managers.
- Coordinate HUB clearance, track submissions, resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate clearance records.
- Oversee SRAT clearance, follow up on requirements, communicate with stakeholders and keep status records up to date.
- Administer the Organizational Framework for Learning (OFL), track attendance and ensure training certifications are recorded on the Share Vision platform.
- Process position changes, terminations, shift confirmations, employee data updates, leave requests and ROE issuance while maintaining compliant personnel files.
- Support employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑speed environment.
- Collaborative mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing HR needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
