Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in delivering a professional, inclusive, and employee‑focused workplace. The role involves providing administrative and operational assistance across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews and prepare offer letters.
• Coordinate new‑employee onboarding, maintain employee files and respond to HR inquiries.
• Ensure employee records are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics and documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs and performance‑review administration.
• Manage HR correspondence, calendars, meeting schedules and prepare related documents.

Required profile

• High school diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
