HR Delivery Services Partner

About the role

Join HSBC Global Services Canada as an HR Delivery Services Partner and provide end‑to‑end on‑shore HR service delivery across the colleague lifecycle. You will support talent acquisition, performance and reward, learning, benefits and other People activities while ensuring service standards and timelines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR case management and query resolution via phone line, case management system and shared mailbox.
• Administer employee lifecycle events – hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and work permits – and maintain related documentation.
• Own local HR content, records and processes, keeping knowledge articles and procedures up to date and compliant.
• Support governance and operational resilience through eLeave/eTime administration, HR financial administration and audit readiness.
• Coordinate HR projects, change initiatives and business continuity planning.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR service delivery and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with HR case management systems and shared mailbox handling.
• Proficiency in HR documentation and record‑keeping practices.
• Familiarity with eLeave/eTime tools and HR financial processes.
