HR Coordinator III – Workplace Accommodations & Ergonomics

About the role

Join the Retirement, Benefits & Well‑being (RBW) team within Total Rewards at TD and help enhance colleague well‑being. As an HR Coordinator III you will provide day‑to‑day support for workplace accommodations and ergonomic needs, guiding employees and managers through the request process and ensuring consistent, timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to colleague and manager inquiries about workplace accommodations and guide them on how to request support.
• Review and manage requests from a shared inbox or case system, escalating complex or sensitive issues as needed.
• Handle complex or non‑standard accommodation cases from start to finish, collaborating with HR, Legal, and external vendors.
• Assess ergonomic support requests, direct users to self‑serve tools, and coordinate assessments or equipment for more involved needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and follow established policies, processes, and service standards.
• Identify program gaps, suggest improvements, and help update procedures.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in HR, business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Education or experience in occupational health, ergonomics, or disability management is an asset.
• Experience supporting HR programs or handling colleague requests.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
