Housekeeping Attendant (Full-Time, Year-Round)

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Housekeeping Attendant to join the year-round team at Manning Park Resort in British Columbia. The role involves maintaining clean and welcoming guest rooms, cabins, chalets and public areas while supporting laundry and janitorial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, cabins and chalets to established standards, including bed making, bathroom, kitchen and living area cleaning.
• Stock and arrange room amenities and ensure public areas such as the lodge, pool, fitness centre, restaurant and banquet rooms are tidy.
• Perform general cleaning tasks – vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitising high-touch surfaces, window cleaning and waste removal.
• Operate laundry services: sort, wash, dry, fold and organise linens, and maintain the laundry area.
• Deliver linens and guest amenities, respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist with outdoor duties including snow removal in winter and support other departments such as banquet set-up and tear-down.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time-management.
• Physical capability to stand, lift, bend and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
