Hotel Director

About the role

The Hotel Director will lead all operational aspects of our property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of resources. This senior position reports directly to senior hotel leadership and collaborates closely with department heads.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff across all hotel functions.
• Conduct performance reviews and establish work schedules.
• Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and manage inventory.
• Oversee front‑desk duties, maintenance activities, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist guests with special needs and ensure high service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel, motel, or resort operations.
• Ability to supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
