About the role

Boston Pizza Vaughan Mills is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Concord, ON location. You will ensure smooth service, maintain financial accuracy, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and prepare cash reports.
  • Conduct performance reviews and supervise a team of 5‑10 staff members.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiate catering contracts and facility usage with clients.
  • Lead and instruct team members, addressing customer complaints and providing top‑notch service.

Required profile

  • Accurate and detail‑oriented.
  • Strong client focus and dependable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Flexible, organized, and reliable team player.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Experience using MS Outlook.
  • Knowledge of MS Word.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets.
