Home Support Worker – Personal Care & Housekeeping

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care and light housekeeping for clients in their homes in Cote‑Saint‑Luc, QC. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, and supporting their nutritional needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and hygiene assistance.
• Feed or assist clients with feeding and prepare nutritious meals.
• Launder clothing and household linens and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe living space through routine cleaning tasks.
• Provide personal care and support to promote client independence.

Required profile

• Punctual, dependable, and client‑focused.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, initiative‑taking, and able to work under pressure.
• Organized, reliable team player with patience and honesty.
• Physically capable of bending, crouching, lifting up to 23 kg, and standing for extended periods.

Required skills

• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Successful criminal record and basic security clearance checks.
