About the role
We are looking for a caring and reliable Home Child Care Provider to work in the employer’s home in Oakville. The role involves supervising children, ensuring their safety, and supporting their daily routines.
Key responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties in the home.
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children.
- Organize activities such as games and outings.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Supervise and care for children throughout the day.
- Transport children to and from school and appointments.
- Tend to the emotional well‑being of the children.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience caring for children.
