Home Child Care Provider – Full-Time

About the role

This full‑time position is based in the employer’s home in North York. You will be responsible for the daily care and wellbeing of infants and children, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment while supporting the family’s household needs.

Key responsibilities

• Change diapers, sterilise bottles and prepare formula.
• Bathe, dress, feed and supervise infants and children.
• Organise games, outings and educational activities.
• Maintain daily activity and health records.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with rest periods.
• Perform light housekeeping, cleaning and household duties in the parents’ absence.
• Travel with the family on trips, providing child supervision and housekeeping support.
• Support children’s emotional wellbeing and help with homework.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a non‑smoking, scent‑free home environment.
• Flexibility for early‑morning, evening, night, on‑call and weekend shifts.
