Head of Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for an “Alliance Architect” to design and secure high‑impact partnerships that will scale Partyhat’s ecosystem across the Web3 economy. This fully remote, high‑availability position requires a master negotiator who can move quickly across global time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a partnership framework that identifies and secures high‑impact alignments.
• Proactively hunt and originate high‑value business development opportunities.
• Orchestrate elite cross‑brand collaborations and cultural integrations.
• Scout, unlock, and weaponize non‑traditional distribution channels to amplify reach.
• Lead complex, high‑stakes commercial negotiations and structure agreements.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing high‑impact B2B partnerships, distribution deals, or commercial alliances.
• Data‑driven decision making using audience demographics and predictive metrics.
• Availability to work on‑call 7 days a week to support global negotiations.
• Native fluency in the Web3 landscape, including decentralized communities and digital assets.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to manage multiple negotiations and pipelines.
