Head of Finance

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Head of Finance to build and lead its local finance function. You will oversee regulatory reporting, capital and liquidity management, and provide strategic financial insight to the CEO and Board. The role also involves establishing finance governance and supporting product launches in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own all regulatory, prudential, and statutory financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary finance contact for local regulators and external auditors.
• Lead capital, liquidity, and balance‑sheet oversight in partnership with Risk and Treasury.
• Establish and maintain a financial governance and control framework to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Build and run the local finance function from the ground up, including accounting, month‑end close, and reporting processes.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and executive performance analysis.
• Provide accurate group reporting and consolidation inputs.
• Support the CEO and Board with financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Product teams for regulated product launches.
• Hire and scale the local finance team as the entity grows.

Required profile

• CPA or equivalent international accounting designation.
• Proven experience signing or overseeing statutory financial statements in a regulated financial institution.
• 10+ years of senior finance experience within a regulated banking or deposit‑taking institution.
• Expertise in regulatory and prudential financial reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with capital and liquidity reporting and balance‑sheet oversight.
• Knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting.
