Handyman – Maintenance Contractor for Physiotherapy Clinics

About the role

We are a small, locally owned physiotherapy clinic with two locations in Cobble Hill and Duncan, BC. We are seeking a reliable Handyman to provide ongoing maintenance and small repairs on an as‑needed basis for both sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs across the clinic facilities.
• Address urgent repair requests promptly to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to schedule work without disrupting client services.

Required profile

• Dependable and able to work independently as an independent contractor.
• Available to respond to urgent maintenance requests.
• Willing to commit to a 6‑month contract with potential renewal.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly retainer of $280 CAD covering up to 8 hours of work.
• Additional hours billed at $35 CAD per hour.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to manage work around clinic operations.
