Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Insight Global is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition, website conversion optimization, lifecycle email performance, and end‑to‑end funnel reporting for an AI‑driven B2C SaaS client. The role focuses on driving scalable growth through data‑driven decisions and continuous experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid channels, tracking core metrics such as CPC, CTR, cost per trial, cost per paid customer, and ROAS.
• Develop feature‑specific retargeting strategies based on user behavior.
• Monitor spend versus budget and make scaling decisions triggered by performance data.
• Conduct weekly experiments to improve conversion rates and lifecycle email effectiveness.
• Deliver clear, data‑backed recommendations for scaling within the first 90 days.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing for B2C or B2B SaaS.
• Proven ownership of paid budgets and full‑funnel optimization.
• Strong experience with conversion rate optimization and experimentation.
• High data fluency across CPA, ROAS, and LTV:CAC metrics.
• Hands‑on lifecycle/email marketing experience.
• Comfortable running weekly experiments and leveraging AI tools for creative workflows.
• Automation‑focused mindset.
