Growth Manager

About the role

The Growth Manager reports directly to the Head of Performance and works closely with clients and the leadership team. You will own client relationships, develop overall account strategy, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape the growth function as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long‑lasting relationships.
• Lead strategy and day‑to‑day management of paid‑search and paid‑social accounts, ensuring strong performance.
• Monitor account activity, communicate details to stakeholders, and maintain organized documentation.
• Troubleshoot performance dips, report progress, and coordinate solutions.
• Champion experimentation to generate learnings and improve tactics.
• Collaborate with paid‑social, paid‑search, creative, CRO, SEO, and lifecycle teams to execute strategy and create feedback loops.
• Identify growth opportunities and address blockers for client accounts.
• Prepare and lead weekly client meetings, aligning messaging and goals.
• Stay informed on performance‑marketing trends and provide actionable insights.
• Support new‑business pitches and propose additional services to existing clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of direct account management experience in advertising.
• Passion for building processes, spreadsheets, and templates.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑driven workflow automations or reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with growth formulas and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Proven experience managing budgets for paid‑search and paid‑social campaigns.
