Group Training Specialist

About the role

Clio is seeking a Group Training Specialist to join its Customer Education team in Canada. The role focuses on delivering instructor‑led product training that helps law firms quickly adopt Clio’s legal‑tech solutions and realize value.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live, instructor‑led training sessions for new and existing customers across Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto.
• Answer participant questions with professionalism and empathy, guiding them to their first moments of value.
• Update and maintain courseware based on feedback, product updates and delivery experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align training content with onboarding, adoption and expansion initiatives.
• Capture and share customer insights to improve broader education programs.
• Coach internal team members on delivery standards, chat assistance and follow‑up activities.
• Manage schedule to meet utilization targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a passion for helping customers succeed.
• Excellent communication, professionalism and empathy when handling questions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across product, success and education teams.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage a dynamic training schedule.

Required skills

• Experience delivering instructor‑led training or classroom‑style education.
• Familiarity with legal‑tech or SaaS product environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in creating and updating training materials.
