Student Transcript Assessment Coordinator – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Join CPA Ontario’s Student Assessment Team on a 6‑month contract to coordinate and assess student transcript applications. You will support prospective CPA candidates, ensuring their documentation meets regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counselling and respond to student inquiries via phone and email promptly.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of assessment documentation for accuracy, completeness and eligibility.
• Verify degree equivalence, prerequisite education and compliance with CPA requirements.
• Exercise professional judgment on transcript assessments, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and update systems with application information.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related field.
• Experience serving students or customers in a regulatory, membership, or educational environment.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Advanced functions of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM (preferred).
