Grocery Department Manager – Night Shift

About the role

Join Real Canadian Superstore as a Grocery Department Manager for night shifts and help shape the future of Canadian retail. You will lead a team, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the community’s well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the grocery department during night shifts.
• Drive sales and profitability targets while ensuring merchandise is stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
• Train, coach and develop associates in customer service, product knowledge and merchandising.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate replenishment and manage departmental expenses and budgeting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Previous retail management experience, preferably in a departmental or specialty store.
• Strong leadership, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends and ability to lift up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic computer skills.
