Graphic Designer, Visual Presentation

About the role

The Visual Presentation team is seeking a Graphic Designer to create and manage seasonal advertising and signage projects, supporting store operations and brand consistency during a 1‑year maternity‑leave contract.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce window posters, in‑store and external signage, grand‑opening barricades and other seasonal visual assets.
• Prepare production‑ready files and create mock‑ups for all graphic elements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on quality control and participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
• Support the development and evolution of the brand image.
• Identify, negotiate with and coordinate suppliers and partners, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
• Develop methods to maintain productivity, quality standards and adherence to project objectives.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

• Creative and brand‑driven with a passion for fashion.
• Detail‑oriented and able to uphold high production standards.
• Organized, efficient and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.
• Basic pre‑press knowledge.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Retail experience is an asset.
