Graphic Designer – Creative Team (Mississauga)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Designer to join IKO Industries’ creative team in Mississauga. You will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director and senior designers to produce a wide range of visual assets that support our branding and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creative team by following direction from the Creative Director, Art Director and senior designers.
• Create graphics for social media, advertisements, banners, infographics and other digital channels based on briefs and brand guidelines.
• Prepare print‑ready files for brochures, flyers, signage and other collateral, ensuring correct formatting.
• Edit and resize existing assets, edit images or video content, and proof work for accuracy and consistency.
• Organise and archive project files, design libraries and assets.

Required profile

• University degree in Graphic Design with an online portfolio that showcases relevant work.
• Strong attention to detail, good time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing and HTML/CSS is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Design tools such as Figma or Canva.
• Video editing software – Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (optional).
• Fundamental HTML and CSS knowledge (optional).
