Graphic Designer – Creative Team (Hybrid)

About the role

Great movies inspire, captivate, and motivate – and so does great design. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team, reporting to the Associate Creative Director. The role spans print, digital, HTML and motion‑aware design, contributing to brand experiences, in‑venue environments, and supporting pre‑production for photo and video shoots. This is a hybrid position (three days onsite) based at 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute design solutions for Tier 2 projects across all brands and channels.
• Support Tier 1 projects by translating direction from senior creative leaders into strong visual executions.
• Design and build brand assets such as logos, layouts, templates, and foundational elements for marketing and in‑venue applications.
• Assist pre‑production and shoot development, including deck creation, asset sourcing, and research.
• Provide support for Tier 3 production projects as needed.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Graphic Design or a related field (Registered Graphic Designer designation is an asset).
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a creative agency or in‑house design team.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to contribute ideas and support concept development.
• Solid foundation in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and production accuracy.
• Excellent organization skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
