Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a leading residential real estate developer in Western Canada, is seeking a Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator to support its Calgary marketing team. This contract position covers maternity leave and offers the chance to take full ownership of design and social‑media output for active community projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital marketing assets such as signage, brochures, floor plans, presentations and advertising graphics.
• Own and maintain the social‑media content calendar, ensuring on‑brand posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create visual graphics and short‑form video clips for social channels, websites, email campaigns and digital ads.
• Monitor daily social‑media activity, respond to comments and messages while preserving brand voice.
• Develop visual assets for show homes, presentation centres and on‑site marketing environments.
• Coordinate with external printers, fabricators and signage vendors to deliver final artwork on schedule.
• Support campaign rollouts, community launches, sales releases and realtor events.
• Maintain organized libraries of design files, templates and brand assets.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real‑estate, brand or lifestyle environments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, in‑person team and represent the brand at industry events.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
