Graphic Designer & Barista (In‑store)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing bubble‑tea brand as a hybrid creative and front‑of‑house professional. You will split your time between designing visual assets for the brand and working on‑site as a cashier/barista, ensuring customers receive both great drinks and a strong visual experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design web pages, brochures, logos, packaging, posters and other marketing materials.
• Create drafts, incorporate client feedback, and finalize files for print or digital use.
• Operate the store register, prepare bubble‑tea drinks, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and store staff to align visual output with in‑store promotions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a willingness to work “on‑floor” and motivate teammates.
• Results‑oriented, meeting deadlines and achieving set goals.
• Strong communication, teamwork and adaptability skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using Canva.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
