Graduate Rotation Associate

About the role

Choice Properties REIT is launching a 24‑month Graduate Rotation Associate program for recent post‑secondary graduates passionate about Canadian real estate. Participants will rotate through four core areas—Leasing & Asset Management, Development & Construction, Operations & Property Management, and Transactions—gaining hands‑on experience and building a foundation for a full‑time role.

Key responsibilities

• Leasing & Asset Management: support strategic asset plans, conduct market and economic research, review lease proposals and amendments, and maintain leasing reports.
• Development & Construction: monitor project performance, assist with planning applications, track budgets and schedules, and liaise with construction teams.
• Operations & Property Management: manage tenant relationships, address concerns, coordinate move‑ins/move‑outs, and support preventative maintenance procurement.
• Transactions: build financial models, analyse investment opportunities, and prepare market trend summaries.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in real estate.
• Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional teams.
