Gestionnaire de territoire – Ophtalmologie (Québec)

About the role

The Eye Care Territory Manager will drive sales of Sun Pharma’s ophthalmic products across the Québec region. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, Ophthalmics, you will build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to increase product adoption and support patient benefit programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one meetings with physicians to discuss approved product uses and address objections.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Patient Benefits Program, providing information and support.
• Plan and execute speaker programs, Lunch‑and‑Learn sessions, and peer‑to‑peer activities in collaboration with the Medical team.
• Gather and relay market intelligence to brand teams and senior management.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans, track territory metrics and KPIs, and report results.
• Attend regional and national conferences as required.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with Health Canada, Innovative Medicines Canada, and Sun Pharma policies.
• Report any adverse events to the pharmacovigilance department promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in ophthalmology.
• Strong initiative, resilience, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with eye‑care professionals.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey product value.
