General Production Technician – GMP Certified

About the role

Join a fast‑growing medical cannabis operation in Brampton, supporting critical post‑harvest activities in an EU‑GMP certified facility. You will work hands‑on to ensure product moves safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with drying, processing, and packaging of cannabis product while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow SOPs, complete batch records accurately, and report any deviations to uphold GMP, GACP, and Health Canada compliance.
• Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain production equipment; support sanitation programs across cultivation and processing areas.
• Collaborate with production leads and cross‑functional teams, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Reliable and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfortable working in a structured, compliance‑driven environment.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 25 kg.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for accurate record‑keeping.
