About the role
We are looking for a reliable General Construction Labourer to join our residential construction team in Etobicoke. The role involves hands‑on work at various sites, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the job site runs smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials across the site.
- Mix, pour and spread concrete, asphalt and other building materials.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and constructing roofs.
- Support demolition activities and remove rubble and debris.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Required profile
- Physically demanding work; ability to handle loads up to 23 kg (50 lb).
- Experience working at heights, in confined spaces and in dusty or cold environments.
- Own basic tools, steel‑toed safety boots and a hard hat.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Previous construction experience is an asset but not mandatory.
