About the role

We are looking for a motivated carpenter to join our construction teams in Etobicoke. The role involves working on a variety of commercial, industrial and residential projects, handling wood and lightweight steel components.

Key responsibilities

Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood, wood substitutes and lightweight steel materials.
Work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy, dusty outdoor environments.
Transport tools and equipment to various job sites and ensure proper use of personal protective gear.
Collaborate with crew members to meet tight deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area on each site.

Required profile

1 to less than 7 months of carpentry experience.
Physically capable of bending, crouching, kneeling, lifting heavy loads and standing for long periods.
Team player comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel regularly to different construction locations.
Ability to work in noisy, dusty and outdoor conditions.
