About the role
The Gas Station Supervisor will lead daily operations at our Stouffville location, ensuring smooth service delivery and a safe environment for customers and staff. This permanent, full‑time role reports to store management and focuses on staff coordination, inventory control, and cash handling.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of apprentices, sales workers, and volunteer staff.
- Assign duties, establish work schedules, and manage cash transactions.
- Hire, train, or arrange training for new employees.
- Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Required profile
- Reliability and dependability.
- Team‑player attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Experience of 1 to less than 7 months in a similar supervisory role.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and extended standing periods.
