About the role
The Gas Station Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations at a busy fuel and convenience store, ensuring excellent service and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations of the gas station and convenience store.
- Plan, organize and evaluate daily activities to meet sales and service targets.
- Manage staff scheduling, assign duties and supervise performance.
- Conduct market research, set pricing policies and select merchandise for resale.
- Develop marketing strategies, monitor budgets, revenues and expenses.
- Recruit, hire, train and oversee payroll administration.
