Game Tester – Gameplay Data Capture Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Gameplay Data Capture Specialist to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will play a variety of top‑tier AAA titles and systematically record gameplay sessions for analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Play assigned AAA games and capture high‑quality video and data using in‑house tools.
• Organize, annotate, and label recorded sessions with precise detail.
• Collaborate with team leads and fellow specialists, providing clear feedback and status updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to recording, storage, and data transfer workflows.
• Ensure all files are securely stored, catalogued, and transferred according to project guidelines.
• Maintain regular written and verbal communication with the remote customer team.

Required profile

• Passionate gamer with proven experience playing AAA titles and access to the required games.
• Strong ability to follow detailed capture instructions accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail‑oriented and prompt.
• Own a computer capable of running and recording high‑end AAA games without performance loss.

Required skills

• Experience with gameplay recording or data capture tools (proprietary or industry‑standard).
