About the role
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to optimize and streamline operational workflows using Google Workspace. This remote contract position focuses on enhancing collaboration, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting AI training initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and improve operational processes leveraging Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Partner with customer teams to identify workflow enhancements and drive efficiency.
- Provide detailed feedback for AI training projects, ensuring high‑quality, real‑world data.
- Document procedures, best practices, and maintain clear communication across initiatives.
- Conduct audits of data and workflows to verify accuracy and compliance.
- Support ongoing operations and troubleshoot Google Workspace‑related issues.
Required profile
- Minimum experience in operations, process improvement, or related fields.
- Expert‑level proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and propose actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
