About the role
At Home Quarters Furnishings we turn spaces into homes. As a Furniture Sales Consultant you’ll greet customers in our Coquitlam (and Richmond) showroom, share product knowledge and help them design their rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and explain product details, including materials and construction.
- Listen to customer needs and advise on selection, pairing and room layout.
- Follow up on order status and manage pre‑ and post‑delivery communication.
- Maintain a tidy, well‑merchandised showroom floor.
Required profile
- Dependable, service‑oriented and enjoys talking with people.
- Self‑motivated, coachable and a good teammate.
- Able to communicate in English daily.
- Retail, sales or customer‑service experience is an asset; attitude and potential matter most.
