About the role
Join TruGreen Canada as a Full‑Time Sales Representative and help homeowners and businesses keep their lawns healthy and beautiful. You’ll work in the Kitchener area, promoting a full suite of residential and commercial lawn‑care programs.
Key responsibilities
- Sell TruGreen lawn‑care programs and services to current and prospective customers within an assigned territory.
- Follow up on leads and conduct retention calls via phone and in‑person visits.
- Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions using TruGreen’s product suite.
- Complete a criminal background check prior to hire.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Valid driver’s license is an asset but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
