Full‑time Sales Associate – Retail (Asian Beauty)

About the role

Kiokii is seeking enthusiastic full‑time Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in its North‑American stores. You will combine product knowledge of Asian beauty trends with friendly service to help customers find the right cosmetics, skincare and lifestyle items.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date on current sales, promotions and new product launches.
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and manage the Kiokii Loyalty Reward program.
• Build lasting relationships with shoppers to encourage repeat visits.
• Receive, unpack and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and condition.
• Organize merchandise on the sales floor and in storage, maintaining proper labeling and pricing.
• Conduct regular stock counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with store opening, setup and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous retail, sales or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Strong enthusiasm for Asian beauty products and a willingness to stay informed on trends.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, energetic personality with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and cash handling.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 30 lb, and use ladders or step stools as needed.
