About the role

Join COBS Bread as a Sales Assistant in Chestermere and become part of a team that delivers fresh baked goods and friendly service to the community. No prior experience is required – we provide training so you can grow your skills while working in a lively bakery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional in‑bakery customer experience and build relationships with regular patrons.
• Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns within the store.
• Maintain a clean bakery, assist with production tasks, and learn basic baking techniques.
• Handle cash, credit and debit transactions when required.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and eager to learn new skills.
• Team‑player who enjoys working with people.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 22 kg and perform repetitive hand movements.
