Full‑time House Manager / Family Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive House Manager / Family Assistant to support a busy household of ten, including six children, a small dog, and occasional guests. The role blends household management, child support, meal preparation, and logistical coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Morning preparation for children (breakfast, backpacks, school drop‑offs) and transportation to activities.
• Meal support including daily dinner prep for up to 10 people, weekly meal planning, grocery ordering via Instacart, and kitchen cleanup.
• Household organization: daily resets, laundry for the whole family, seasonal clothing transitions, and inventory management of supplies.
• Vehicle upkeep, vendor coordination, deep cleaning, and occasional special projects.
• Administrative assistance such as travel planning, calendar management, and receipt tracking.

Required profile

• Experience caring for infants and children of various ages.
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive children safely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and navigate multiple flights of stairs.
• Comfortable working in a home with an indoor pool, a small dog, and a Christian environment.
• Authorized to work in Canada.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
