About the role

Moose Knuckles is seeking a Full‑Time Retail Supervisor for its Mirabel outlet. You will lead a team of sales associates, drive profitable sales growth, and ensure an authentic, engaging experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Create a unique and honest experience for customers.
• Become the product expert – know the items, their story, and why they sell.
• Manage and develop the associate team through coaching, observation, and performance feedback.
• Maintain store presentation and uphold Moose Knuckles merchandising standards.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in daily interactions with colleagues and customers.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a fashion retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience with luxury apparel is an asset.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, sales‑driven mindset.
• Professional attitude, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Passion for the Moose Knuckles brand and an appreciation for fashion and quality.
