Full-Time Retail Educator (Yorkdale)

About the role

The Retail Educator is the front‑line ambassador of lululemon, delivering world‑class guest experiences in the Yorkdale store. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and ensure seamless transactions while embodying the brand’s inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to assess needs and provide personalized product recommendations and purchase solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, explaining the value and benefits of lululemon apparel.
• Execute omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store transactions.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking, organizing merchandise, and performing visual standards tasks.
• Utilize in‑store technology to process transactions and support store operations.
• Maintain a clean, luxury environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to foster an inclusive, respectful workplace.
