Full-Time Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy

About the role

Join Sobeys Inc. as a full‑time pharmacist in Fort Frances, delivering patient‑centered care within a busy retail environment. You will be part of a dedicated pharmacy team focused on health and well‑being of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients and internal staff.
• Execute pharmacy programs, product launches and promotional activities to meet service standards and sales targets.
• Act in patients’ best interest, delivering care within the professional scope of practice.
• Promote a positive, patient‑focused culture while monitoring business KPIs such as margin, labour and shrink.
• Collaborate across locations to ensure seamless, consistent pharmacy experiences.
• Uphold company values, champion diversity, equity and inclusion, and maintain an inclusive work environment.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning for pharmacy staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, occupational health and safety, and loss‑prevention policies.
