Full-time Nanny – Ottawa, ON

About the role

We are seeking a caring and reliable nanny to provide full-time childcare for our family in Ottawa. The position includes flexible morning, day and evening hours, and the nanny will work onsite in the employer’s home, creating a safe and nurturing environment for infants and children.

Key responsibilities

• Change diapers, bathe, dress, feed, and prepare nutritious meals for infants and children.
• Organise games, outings and educational activities, and supervise rest periods.
• Perform light housekeeping, maintain a safe environment, and handle household duties in the parents’ absence.
• Transport children to school, appointments and extracurricular activities, with travel expenses covered.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate and 1-to-7 months of nanny experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, honesty, reliability and good judgement.
• Ability to follow parents’ discipline methods and support children’s emotional well‑being.
• Clear criminal record check and access to public transportation.

What we offer

• Hourly wage starting at $20.85 CAD.
