Full-time Cook – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cook to join our team at a rural hotel and restaurant. The role involves preparing Canadian‑style meals, maintaining a clean kitchen, and supporting overall food service operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
  • Inspect kitchens and food‑service areas for cleanliness and safety.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Manage overall kitchen operations.

Required profile

  • Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 2 years of kitchen experience.
  • Dependable, organized and reliable.
  • Team player able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
