Full Stack Software Developer I

About the role

Pixieset is looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join the Platform team, building and operating communication services that support email delivery, notifications, abuse prevention, and reliability across its products. You will work on backend services and APIs that serve over 1.6 million photographers and creative professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product features across the full stack, focusing on backend development with PHP (Laravel) and front‑end work using JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React).
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code to support scalable backend systems and user‑facing functionality.
• Contribute to user‑facing improvements, backend optimizations, and scalable system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience building custom web applications as a Full Stack Software Developer.
• Proficiency with PHP and its frameworks (Laravel preferred; Yii or Symfony a plus).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and modern tooling (ES6, Webpack, jQuery).
