Full Stack Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Mobile Application Developer to join our global Mobile Development Team in Montreal. The role involves designing, building and maintaining web and mobile solutions that support corporate‑owned devices across the firm. You will work in an agile environment, contribute to both front‑end and back‑end components, and help implement DevOps best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced web and mobile applications, automated processes, and workflow improvements for corporate mobile devices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate external/vendor data sources and APIs.
• Write unit tests to ensure code robustness, covering edge cases and usability.
• Fix bugs and optimise application performance.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Maintain high‑quality user experience for internal clients.
• Create, review and maintain support documentation.
• Provide escalation support and troubleshoot root‑cause issues.

Required profile

• 7‑15 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven ability to work independently and contribute to a fast‑paced mobile development squad.
• Experience working in an agile environment and with DevOps automation practices.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Mobile MDM technologies.
• Development and deployment of iOS and Android applications.
• Strong Java programming skills and object‑oriented design.
• Building and testing Angular applications.
