Full Stack Engineer (React & Node)

About the role

We are looking for a highly technical Full Stack Engineer to join our downtown Vancouver office on a 12‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on front‑end development using React while also contributing to back‑end solutions with Node.js.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level web applications.
• Implement and evolve cloud‑based products and services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver full‑stack solutions.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of both front‑end and back‑end components.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to work on‑site five days a week in a fast‑paced development team.
• Self‑motivated and capable of delivering high‑quality code.

Required skills

• React (class and functional components, hooks, lifecycle, performance optimization).
• Node.js server‑side development.
• Webpack, NPM, Yarn, PNPM (Module Federation and micro‑front‑end concepts a plus).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• MongoDB, micro‑services and service‑oriented architecture.
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
