Full-Stack Developer – Build Scalable Web & AI Solutions

About the role

KnowHow is expanding its Software Engineering team and is looking for a highly‑motivated Full‑Stack Developer. You will help increase development capacity, deliver industry‑first features, and bring data, AI and ML capabilities to life for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, build, and support both frontend and backend layers of our product.
• Improve system architecture and analyse web‑app performance.
• Educate and support fellow developers.
• Develop basic ML/AI models and integrate them into the product.
• Work with OpenAI‑style APIs and basic prompt engineering.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience on large‑scale web applications.
• Strong JavaScript expertise and experience with modern UI frameworks (React/Redux, ES6).
• Extensive knowledge of the DOM, HTTP, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid) and core web concepts.
• Deep Python knowledge and experience designing RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (Elastic Beanstalk, ECS, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch), Docker and Postman.
