About the role
Join Anjie Orchard as a Fruit Farm Worker in Kelowna, BC. You will be part of a team that cultivates, harvests, and prepares high‑quality fruit for market. The position offers on‑site, full‑time, permanent employment with opportunities for youth development.
Key responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers and spray crops.
- Clean work areas, remove brush and debris.
- Hand‑harvest, sort, grade, and pack vegetables and fruits.
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and train trees for better yield.
- Weed fields and maintain overall field hygiene.
Required profile
- No formal education required (no degree, certificate or diploma).
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience working in fruit or vegetable farming.
