Front Office Administrator – 3‑Month Contract

About the role
Civeo Services is seeking a Front Office Administrator for its Oilsands lodges on a three‑month fixed‑term basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, inquiries and providing exceptional service while supporting the Front Office team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Front Office Supervisor.
- Perform data entry and manage reservation systems.
- Handle guest inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all shifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Ability to meet deadlines for emails, telephone and guest inquiries.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
- Willingness to work rotational 20/10 shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous front‑desk or hotel experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
- Positive, friendly and professional attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.
