Front End Developer

About the role

Acro Commerce is seeking a Front End Developer to create and maintain high‑quality e‑commerce experiences for its clients. You will work primarily with React, Next.js and TypeScript, turning Figma designs into pixel‑perfect, component‑driven interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship front‑end features using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Convert Figma files into clean, reusable, well‑tested code.
• Update and revise existing websites and web applications.
• Provide accurate time estimates for fixes, new builds, and feature additions.
• Identify and resolve bugs, often from limited client feedback.
• Collaborate with account managers, supervisors and clients on requests and issues.
• Mentor junior developers and seek help when needed.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to produce production‑ready front‑end code without needing hand‑holding.
• Strong eye for design details; can spot spacing, typography or hierarchy mismatches against Figma files.
• Commitment to high‑quality, accessible, responsive development adhering to WCAG basics.
• Willingness to work in a Linux shell and understand basic Linux hosting concepts.
